Visit artist Marie McGlathery of Paper Planet Wearables at the Willoughby ArtsFest!

All beads are made from recycled paper. I search for and rescue various types and colors of paper. The papers are then cut and rolled to create unique hand made paper beads. After their transformation, the beads are coated with a layer of sealant to create a water resistant exterior and to increase the longevity of the beads. The beads are then carefully matched and combined with various accent beads and pendants to create the Paper Planet jewelry line.
